I met up with Hunter and his family recently in downtown Lake Charles, La. to shoot a documentary photo session with him and his two shiny loves - an Acoustic Guitar and an Electric Guitar. As we mingled about, in and out of some historic buildings, we were able to connect and he shared his story of his love for music with me... Years have now passed since Hunter first picked up a guitar and established his core knowledge of strumming and singing. In the recent (past) year he has separated his dependency from his home town to become a mature young man and begin building the essentials to take his gifted talents to the highest level. After strenuous auditioning and endless applications to one of the TOP music schools, Hunter was accepted to the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music in 2014. Music has become a priority to his lifestyle and everyday seems to evolve around what "could be" the next greatest and largest blessing he will ever receive. Alongside the streets of downtown, just about the end of our photo session, Hunter found a post to prop a sit on and began performing his talent with me. He shared a beautiful song as he played his guitar. Needless to say, he attracted a small street audience!

tI had the opportune and utmost pleasure to photograph this special styled session with two beautiful sisters. Dania and Skye are both very talented young women who express themselves through their creative senses, humor and theatrical experiences. Successfully the sisters have contributed advantageously to the local town's musical theatric entertainment. They are strongly supported by their parents. I describe my friendship with this family as a blessing. The inspiration began when I fumbled over a photo that Skye's mother, Teresa, had posted of her over Facebook. Teresa was experimenting her new camera that was given to her by her loving uncle and Skye was practicing her creative MUA on herself. She used a very similar application as seen here and the horns (only). The remainder of her outfit was not even a thought process...UNTIL, I chimed in and asked if I could use these two lovely sisters and work off of and evolve our session around Skye's (already started) fawn theme. Then, there was this final result... “Where words leave off, music begins.” - Heinrich Heine "The most beautiful things in the world must be felt with the heart." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery "Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever." - Walt Disney

Meet Teresa H., the 36 year old beautiful mother of three beautiful children ages 13, 8 and 6 (one boy and two girls). She is the fortunate wife of yet another service member of the CBM Photography network. Teresa and her husband, an officer in the US Army, have been married for 12 years. She is a realtor in the Leesville, La. area.
I had the wonderful privilege to take my passion of photography to another area. Teresa and I shared many planning ideas to make this fun 50's Diner Pin up shoot possible. When I posted a "Model Call" on my Facebook Business Page, Teresa immediately responded to my request. She proceeded to mention that her (at the time deployed) husband told her when she asked "what do you want for Christmas?", and his reply was, "please don't send any gifts to me; if you are going to buy me something, then just take a picture of if and send that to me and I will receive my gift when I return home." Well, how could we NOT spend this beautiful moment together, she and I, to capture the BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT - EVER? I don't think that I need to explain more about their story and her glamorous Christmas gift to her husband. But, in the end, I think her husband has received the best picture for a gift. One that will remain a lifetime in his heart. I owe credits to FatBoy & Skinny's Diner, Leesville, La. for allowing us to use their facility. Randy, the owner, is a businessman who appreciates local businesses and gives support to those of us who have passion with photography. His staff has been overly generous in support as well. Of course, our photo shoot could not have been a huge success without two very talented small business woman. On July 20, 2013 it was a joyful day to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The day was gorgeous with ambient heat and natural earthly beauty in Katy, Texas. As the family gathered to celebrate the holy sacrament of this everlasting and loving marriage, we were reminded of the Lord's true grace and blessing bestowed upon us. The testament of time is proof that true love and devotion between a man and a woman can grow into a half a century milestone. I am ever so happy to share this beautiful love story with you all. Meet my parents and the family that surrounds them... Photographers: Michelle St.Clergy
Scott St.Clergy Location: Hotel Granduca Houston, Texas This June I had the pleasure of meeting an adorable lady through the Ft. Sam Houston (San Antonio, TX) area playgroup. Nancy is the wife of a Navy man and the mother of three beautiful children. After getting to know this beautiful lady, I soon come to realize that her beauty not only shines on the outside, but she has a deep inner grace and elegance that makes her a special lady. So, it wasn't long for me to figure that her style was just one that I wanted to capture digitally and share with you all. Meet Nancy! I could go on and on how just how stunning this lady is, but it is really best if you just take a look for yourself! "She will always worry for him and his safety, and secret tears she will cry, but through all of this, she still loves him so." But don't let her fool you... She is a kicker and an adorable fighter! And has a huge passion for a cowgirl's society! <smile big>
